Compliance at our core
Your compliance is a key concern for us. So much so that we have a whole team of engineers dedicated to it. That way, their attention and expertise is focused in one direction and one direction only – to cover you for all aspects of plant equipment and vehicle compliance.
We guarantee all works will be completed safely and quickly and, if we need to move an asset back to our workshops (our Essex workshop can repair and refurbish all types of equipment), our transportation partner will step in and sort it.

PAMS (PlantExpand Asset Management System) gives you a complete, at-a-glance overview of all your paperwork, making auditing easy and stress-free.
Real-time reporting from our technicians gives you accurate time logs and access to asset information from the moment the job is completed.
Any relevant documents and certificates are also uploaded for processing and, once validated, are available for you to download as you wish, and sit within the asset history file for as long as you want.
And, as well as all service and inspection details, we’ll also upload pictures, so you can see any issues or defects for yourself, ensuring complete transparency every step of the way.

No more compliance misses
With our bespoke compliance schedule, you’re always up-to-date no matter how busy you get. We can even send you an alert when your compliance is about to expire. And we can create both so they change to reflect your usage.
How? Well… Our PAMS system allows us to set dates for service and compliance checks. Typically, these will be anything up to six weeks before your expiry date, with a target for statutory inspection of three to four weeks before expiry.
Here’s where it gets clever. Using data from our PAMS system, we can change the date or number of inspections depending on your usage. So, when you’re flat-out, you can focus on the day-to-day and let us take care of the compliance.
